Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms affects or limits any liability cap or exclusion set out in our Standard Trading Conditions or Bill of Lading Terms and Conditions of Carriage, which shall govern in respect of any freight, logistics, or related services provided by us.

You acknowledge that the disclaimers and limitations in this clause reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk, and are an essential basis on which we provide access to the Website free of charge. You agree that Federated Cargo Line Pte. Ltd. would not provide access to the Website on these terms absent such limitations.
