DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Federated Cargo Line Pte. Ltd.

Effective Date: 8 June 2026  |  Version 1.4

This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis on which Federated Cargo Line Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) (“PDPA”) and any subsidiary legislation, codes of practice, or advisory guidelines issued thereunder from time to time.

This Notice applies to any individual whose personal data we collect or process in connection with our business or through our website at www.fedxline.com. This includes visitors to our website, persons who contact or correspond with us, and individuals whose personal data we receive in the ordinary course of our business dealings.

1.  Personal Data We Collect

We may collect personal data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in Section 2 below. This includes, without limitation, contact and identification information, professional and organisational details, financial and transactional information, and any other personal data that you or a party acting on your behalf voluntarily provides to us or that we receive in the course of our business dealings with you.

For the avoidance of doubt, business contact information — such as an individual’s name, position, business telephone number, business address, and business email address, where not provided solely for personal purposes — is excluded from the scope of the PDPA and is not subject to this Notice.

2.  Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure

We collect, use, and where necessary disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances of our business, which encompasses transportation, logistics, trade, container and related commercial services, and any other activities carried on by us from time to time. Such purposes include:

  • Providing, administering, and performing the services or transactions requested by you or on your behalf, including associated documentation, coordination, and compliance requirements;
  • Communicating with you in connection with our services, your enquiries, or our business relationship;
  • Processing payments and managing billing, credit, and financial arrangements;
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of governmental and regulatory authorities in Singapore and in any other jurisdiction relevant to our business or operations; and
  • Any other purpose reasonably incidental or ancillary to the above, or for which you have provided your consent.

In carrying out the above purposes, we may disclose personal data to third parties — including service providers, business partners, agents, financial institutions, professional advisers, and governmental or regulatory authorities — in Singapore or overseas, to the extent reasonably necessary.

3.  Personal Data of Third Parties

Where you provide us with personal data relating to third parties (including but not limited to consignees, shippers, notify parties, or other individuals named in documentation), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and that the relevant individuals have been notified of, and have consented to, the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by us for the purposes set out in this Notice. We rely on the accuracy and completeness of personal data as provided to us and accept no responsibility for inaccuracies or insufficiencies in personal data supplied by third parties.

4.  Consent

By providing us with your personal data, by using our website or services, or by otherwise engaging with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Notice. Where personal data is provided to us on behalf of another individual, the party providing such data is deemed to have confirmed that the relevant individual has consented on the terms of this Notice.

5.  Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time, and to request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, or for any enquiries regarding this Notice, please contact us using the details in Section 6. We will inform you of the consequences of any withdrawal, which may include our inability to continue providing services to you.
